New and never been used or sharpened, this gorgeous knife, is 3 3/4 inches long (folded/fixed) and comes with a Lifetime Warranty! The Blades are Damascus Steel. Damascus blades are made by welding together a few hundred layers of hard and soft steel and then etch in acid. The acid attacks the hard and soft steels at different rates resulting in a visible pattern on the steel. The alternating layers of hard and soft give more flexibility and toughness to the steel, and the hard and soft in the edge act much like serrations and aid cutting. The beautiful patterns in the Damascus blades are unmatched! The Handles are Genuine Deer Stag with a Hen & Rooster Inlay Shield. The Bolsters are Nickel Silver.
